Intelligent Rail Transit System

In the early 19th century, the United Kingdom utilized steam power to create the world’s first modern railway transportation system. In the 1960s, Japan introduced an electrified high-speed rail system. Today, countries around the world are striving to transform traditional analog railway signaling into fully digital information-based railway systems. This is precisely the specialized expertise of JCTECH’s Rail Division, with applications spanning railways, light rail, high-speed rail, and metro systems.

Intelligent Train Information System:

Every device on a train generates data. JCTECH leverages various sensors and signal interpretation technologies to collect information such as temperature, air pressure, oil pressure, vibration, speed, load, door status, and air quality. Through PLC systems, this digital information is transmitted in real time to the operations control center for continuous monitoring of train conditions. Warning thresholds can be set to identify and resolve issues in advance, preventing more serious incidents. In addition, a big data analysis database can be established to predict the maintenance cycles of vehicles and equipment, enabling proactive inspection and timely replacement.
