Official Statement from JcTech Regarding False Information and Impersonation

It has come to our attention that unidentified individuals have been circulating false information online under the name of Joneso Technology, misleading the public and investors. To protect our company’s reputation and safeguard the interests of the investing public, we hereby issue the following official statement:

1. Joneso Technology has never authorized any institution or investment consulting firm to conduct fundraising or sell company shares on our behalf. Any fundraising activity or stock trading information claiming to be associated with Joneso Technology is false and has no connection with our company. 

2. Our company has never established any physical offices in locations such as Taipei 101 or Taichung’s 7th Redevelopment Zone. We have received reports of individuals falsely using our company’s name to spread fake IPO plans and financial information. We hereby clarify that such claims are fabricated and urge investors not to trust unverified sources to avoid potential financial losses.

3. This matter has been reported to the judicial and investigative authorities. Joneso Technology is fully cooperating with the investigation and reserves the right to pursue legal action to protect our rights and restore the truth.
